Broad breasted white turkeys grow very large. Ours are pasture-raised, so have a natural diet supplemented with a high protein feed. This is the same breed of turkey you buy at the store.

The turkeys will be butchered the Tuesday (11/24) before Thanksgiving. Pick up will be between 6 - 7:30pm on that day. They are $7.75/lb (same as the last two years).

After submitting this form, we will contact you to confirm your reservation and take a $40 deposit. The deposit will be subtracted from your total cost when you pick up your turkey.

I'm Ruthie, the turkey farmer! This is my first year of raising turkeys by myself, last year I helped Lincoln out, but this year he's helping me by being my muscles (because I can't move the coops yet). My family started raising turkeys in Wyoming (in 2016) with two hens and a tom, and now I have 25 turkeys!
I've learned a lot from my family about best practices in how birds are raised, and where our food comes from. I want to give everyone an opportunity to buy local pasture-raised turkeys -- the best of the best!

I like taking care of my animals, drawing, playing piano and violin, and playing with my brothers (I have a lot of them!).

A: They will be fresh (never frozen!) and oven-ready, bagged like how they are sold at the store.

A: If you want high-quality local meat, raised humanely by a young entrepreneur farmer, look no further! I am out with my birds every day; I know them and their needs very well. They live a fantastic life outside and get the best feed around. I always make sure their pens are clean, and that they have fresh pasture to be on.
